Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email unless your item is a new custom design in which case it could be longer as we will have to agree on what you require. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Processing times are different to shipping times , the process time is when the item is still here and I am still in the process of finishing and boxing up your item.

Shipping time is the time it takes from when I send the item out using courier to when it reaches you.

Potential sources of delay could be either a high volume of sales , in which case we will contact you or postal service problems which are out of our control

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries:

Australia,Austria,Belgium,Brazil,Bulgaria,Canada,Croatia,Cyprus,Czech Republic,Denmark,Estonia,Finland,France,Germany,Gibraltar,Greece,Guadeloupe,Hungary,Ireland,Italy,Japan,Latvia,Lithuania,Luxembourg,Malta,Matinique,Mayotte,Nethelands,New Zealand,Poland,Potugal,Romania,Slovakia,Slovenia,Spain,Sweden,Switzerland,UAE,United States.

Currently we do not ship to the UK because of Brexit and having to jump through multiple hoops and also the fact there is a high chance that you will be charged a high import charge before you will get your product.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Geezer3D is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We do not ship to PO Boxes

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 5 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
